This MPC sponsored parent social and auction is our largest fundraising event of the year. Come and enjoy delicious food and drink, great conversation, and fantastic silent and live auction items while helping support our school!
Grandparents and Special Friends Day
This heartwarming day provides the opportunity for the grandparents and special friends to visit Mackintosh and see their student in action! Grandparents and special friends spend time in the homerooms, take tours of the school, and receive a meaningful memento from the morning. This event is also combined with a book sale to help grow our library’s collection.
Scholastic Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair simultaneously promotes reading by making a wide variety of books available to our students and raises money for the school. This two-day event is also a great way to stock up on gifts for the holidays!
Mackoween is a school-wide, family-friendly Halloween celebration that includes food, Trunk or Treating, entertainment, and fun for all! Families decorate their trunks, children in costumes trick or treat from car to car, everyone enjoys munchies, and we conclude the evening with a magic show. Our first ever Mackoween was a huge success with 26 families decorating their cars and 200 people in attendance!
Whimsy Winter Market and Carnival
Members of the Mackintosh community and beyond sell high quality artisan goods at this pop-up holiday market. In addition, there are maker-oriented activities and games for children and refreshments available for purchase. This family-friendly event is an MPC fundraiser that is open to the public!
This inaugural event is planned for the end of the school year – an outdoor extravaganza including live music, games, and picnic / food vendors to celebrate our graduates and the beginning of summer. Stay tuned for details!
School Improvement Work Days
Our “Mackunteers vs. The Grounds” events gather our community together to knock out jobs all over campus in a short amount of time. From painting the art studio to rebuilding the sand box, these work days prove that “many hands make light work .” Bring your tools, your muscle, and a great attitude as we work together to improve our school!
